Homeowners, Main Floor & Bathroom Renovation
This extensive Coquitlam renovation transformed the entire main level and multiple bathrooms, creating a brighter, more cohesive home with improved flow, custom millwork and a refined material palette. The redesigned kitchen anchors the main living spaces, while expansive windows frame the surrounding mountain views. Throughout the home, warm wood tones, soft neutrals and carefully detailed finishes bring a polished but comfortable character to the renovation.
The renovation involved a complete reworking of the home’s main level, including the kitchen, dining and living areas, along with multiple bathrooms and extensive updates throughout. Walls were removed and repositioned to improve flow, while new windows and a rebuilt bay window brought more natural light into the home and made the surrounding mountain views a defining part of the interior.
The kitchen was completely redesigned with custom cabinetry, a generous island, quartz countertops and a dramatic full-height backsplash. Thoughtful storage solutions were integrated throughout, including pull-outs, specialty drawers and concealed cabinetry, allowing the space to remain highly functional without compromising the clean, refined aesthetic.
The living areas were updated with new flooring, lighting, millwork and fireplace detailing, while a custom curved slat wall introduces warmth and architectural interest near the dining area. The renovation also included a new staircase railing, interior doors, trim and extensive finish updates throughout the main floor.
Both the primary ensuite and main bathroom were fully renovated with custom cabinetry, quartz surfaces, detailed tilework and frameless glass. The primary ensuite was enlarged to create a more spacious layout with a freestanding tub, walk-in shower, in-floor heat and improved storage.
Every project starts with a conversation.
We’d love to talk about how we can help you build or transform the home that fits the way you live.
