This home has never been renovated and will involve renovating most of their main floor including a kitchen and bathroom. We will also be upgrading attic insulation, upgrading furnace, raising a sunken living room floor and replacing some windows to name a few.

The demolition is underway for one of our latest projects. It’s always a fun challenge removing old particle board on the subfloor, nothing a little elbow grease can’t solve!

Our clients wanted to move their sink to more central location in the kitchen, which means we need to tear up part of the floor and install some new drainage for the relocated sink….no problemo!

All the electrical and plumbing is “roughed in”. By roughed in, we mean it’s all ready to have the lights, switches and plumbing fixtures installed…once everything else is completed around them of course. #HomeRenovation #HomeReno

This project is coming along nicely! We’ve just completed the drywall and now we’re getting ready for paint and flooring.

Cabinetry install underway, laser is set up (notice laser red line along the back & side walls) so install is “bang on” level! Without perfectly level cabinetry installation, countertops will not install properly.

The cabinetry installation is complete and ready for quartz countertop measure. FYI – doors are left off until the end to avoid getting damaged during the remainder of construction.
