We completely gutted this basement right down to the studs. We removed a bearing wall to open up the laundry area and also added a bedroom. This basement now has a cozy family room with custom day bed and gas fireplace. They also have a large laundry room with plenty of storage and counter space. The bathroom has been completely redone and the clients are enjoying the beautiful tiled shower surround and heated floors.
